Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze statistics to identify trends in followers and engagement, and adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to ensure consistent timing of key stories/messages across all platforms.
  • Grow the Organic social following and increase engagement through creative content and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on organic growth and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
