Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the dishwashing area and adjacent spaces.
  • Perform all washing duties for a bustling kitchen and dining area.
  • Sanitize countertops, walls, and sinks.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed.
  • Participate in daily and weekly deep cleaning tasks.
  • Help with receiving deliveries and organizing items in designated storage areas.
  • Dispose of waste properly from containers to external bins.
  • Provide support to front-of-house and kitchen staff as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for food and customer service.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying hours and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills.
