Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Retrofit Surveyor to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a Retrofit Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in assessing the energy efficiency of buildings and providing recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site energy assessments and retrofit assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Make recommendations based on assessment findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to complete administration duties related to projects.
  • Compile detailed records of communication with clients, updating internal systems and ensuring accuracy.
  • Complete site visits and surveys as required to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, homeowners, and internal staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Retrofit Surveyor or Assessor is essential.
  • Accreditation with Elmhurst Energy is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage workload effectively are essential.
  • A full clean driving license is required for travel to client sites.
