Main Responsibilities

As a Care Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our residents, including meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Key Duties
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and compliant with relevant standards and policies.
  • Promote resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering exceptional care standards.
Requirements

We are seeking a registered nurse with current PIN on the NMC register and experience in care home management. You will also need a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or a willingness to study for one. Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments are also essential.
