About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Professional to join our team at Mallory Court Hotel & Spa, Leamington Spa. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a vital role in driving our marketing strategy and contributing to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a proactive marketing strategy that reflects the diverse offering of our hotel, focusing on both local and national market presence.
  • Collaborate with our hotel team to identify and create engaging content and marketing programmes that drive sales and pipeline acceleration.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels to promote our hotel and services, including social media and email marketing.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to ensure consistency and effectiveness in our marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
