About the Role

We are seeking a qualified nurse to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse on our Swift Ward, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care to patients undergoing planned surgical operations
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Participate in education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures

Person Specification

Essential

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Adult Branch Nurse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly within an acute setting

Desirable

  • Diploma in Nursing or Degree
  • Knowledge and experience of clinical audit and clinical governance
  • Computer skills and experience of using databases
