Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance repairs across our contract portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out reactive maintenance repairs across the contract.
  • Assess and order parts and equipment necessary for individual tasks.
  • Work to recognised industry standards at all times.
  • Participate in flexible working hours and out-of-hours emergency cover as required by the contract.
  • Undertake training as required to perform the duties of the role, including health and safety courses and further trade development.
  • Assist other trades as/when required.
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by Managers within the remit of the role.
Requirements:
  • Trade Background & Qualifications (recognised qualification or apprenticeship).
  • Extensive Knowledge in building fabric services.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations.
  • Ability to act on own initiative.
  • Smart appearance, presentable.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements, willing to accept change.
