About the Role

We are seeking a talented R&D Tax Senior to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare R&D claims to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider tax team to maximize client service and utilize resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring awareness of their requirements and providing quality tax advice on all aspects of assignments.
  • Empower the tax team through appropriate delegation and effective people management.
  • Consistently seek internal improvement, presenting opportunities to senior leadership and demonstrating commitment to the firm's ongoing strategic direction.
  • Manage margins effectively to drive profitability and successfully engage new clients.
  • Proactively engage with the mentoring and development of junior staff.
