Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a small team, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere
  • Acting as a responsible key holder
  • Managing transactions, including taking orders and processing payments
  • Assisting with financial record-keeping and other essential tasks
  • Creating weekly schedules in accordance with management guidelines
  • Ordering stock to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Delegating tasks effectively and ensuring the team remains proactive
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Following Health & Safety regulations
