About the Role

As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also have the opportunity to optimize every appointment for our Mortgage Advisor and contribute to the success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to maximize sales opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve successful sales outcomes
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring a smooth transaction process
  • Optimize every appointment for our Mortgage Advisor to drive business growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
