Property Valuer Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Valuer to join our dynamic team. As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, ensuring top-quality service in valuations and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property vendors
  • Generate new and repeat business opportunities
  • Conduct property valuations and gain new instructions
  • Market properties to buyers using effective marketing techniques
  • Prepare property brochures with photos and descriptions
  • Upsell additional products and services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Canvass local areas and manage targeted marketing

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license (manual vehicle)
  • Estate agent experience, ready for the next step in your career
  • Strong team player with leadership potential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
  • High attention to detail and organisation

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Saturdays: 9:00am - 5:00pm (alternate weekends with a day off in lieu)
