Job Role: Delivery ConsultantWe are seeking a motivated and driven Delivery Consultant to join our team. As a key player in recruitment, you will be responsible for advertising vacancies, managing applications, and negotiating pay and salary rates. You will work closely with our team leader/business manager to understand projects and requirements, and keep up-to-date with industry developments to ensure competency in the role.
Key Responsibilities:- Advertise vacancies and use various channels to find candidates
- Receive and review applications, manage interviews, and create a shortlist of candidates for clients
- Negotiate pay and salary rates
- Work towards exceeding targets relating to candidate placement, client billing, and business leads generated
- Collaborate with the team to understand projects and requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure competency in the role
- Motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organisational skills
- Tenacious and resilient, with the ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Degree qualified, preferably
- Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
