Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Delivery Consultant to join our team. As a key player in recruitment, you will be responsible for advertising vacancies, managing applications, and negotiating pay and salary rates. You will work closely with our team leader/business manager to understand project requirements and keep up-to-date with industry developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advertise vacancies and source candidates through various channels
  2. Manage applications, conduct interviews, and create a shortlist of candidates for clients
  3. Negotiate pay and salary rates with clients
  4. Work towards exceeding targets related to candidate placement, billing value, and business leads generated
  5. Collaborate with the team leader/business manager to understand project requirements
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure competency in the role
Requirements:
  1. Motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic
  2. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  3. Tenacious and resilient, with the ability to work in high-pressure situations
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Degree qualified, preferably
  6. Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
  7. Sales and reward motivated
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  9. Outgoing and friendly personality
