Aviation Insurance Risk Manager

MW Appointments is seeking an experienced Aviation Insurance Risk Manager to join our team in the City of London. As a key figure in our aviation department, you will be responsible for devising innovative solutions for complex aviation risks and working closely with clients to understand their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying new revenue streams and win new business
- Designing appropriate cover structure
- Providing guidance and support to clients
- Identify suitable markets and insurers with appropriate appetite
- Devise the most effective placement strategy
- Negotiate with clients and insurers
- Coordinate the placement process
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, file management and compliance.
What We Offer:
- Salary range to 140,000 to 160,000 + excellent benefits package
- City of London & Home hybrid working
- Permanent contract
