Senior Surveyor of Service Excellence Survey Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor to join our team of marine construction experts. In this role, you will play a vital part in the execution of survey projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of field operations for survey projects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct comprehensive safety meetings and training sessions for personnel, emphasizing a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and best practices throughout all survey activities.
  • Utilize advanced GPS equipment and other surveying tools proficiently to collect accurate data.
  • Lead and mentor a team of surveyors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years of proven experience in marine construction or survey field operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment operation.
  • Proficiency in GPS systems and other relevant surveying technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and TWIC card are essential.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations within the marine construction industry.

Working Conditions:

This position involves offshore work, requiring adaptability to both indoor and outdoor environments. You will be exposed to various weather conditions, potential hazards associated with water and moving equipment, and extended periods of work during day and night shifts.
