We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Advisor to join our team at South East London Mind. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance on mental health services, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project staff, including supporting individuals with casework
  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring that clients receive holistic and integrated support
  • Develop and implement recovery-orientated individual and group-based support programs for adults with mental health problems
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Conduct comprehensive needs and risk assessments, ensuring that clients receive tailored support
  • Commit to ongoing training and supervision, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our mental health services
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in mental health services, including prevention, recovery, and self-management
  • Strong line management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience of completing assessments, managing a diverse caseload, and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work proactively and show initiative, with a commitment to continuous learning and development
