Position Title:
Fire Safety and Security Technician

Technical Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Safety and Security Technician to perform essential service and maintenance tasks for esteemed clients across various sectors.

The technician will primarily focus on fire detection systems, including both addressable and conventional types, while also addressing other security systems as required.


Overview of Responsibilities:
1. Execute service and maintenance for fire detection systems, both addressable and conventional (mandatory).
2. Engage with CCTV (IP/Analogue), Intruder (Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic), and Access Control (Paxton, Pac Net2) systems as necessary (advantageous).
3. Work predominantly at high-profile sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client expectations.
4. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the service and maintenance of fire and security systems is essential.
5. Strong expertise in fire systems is required; familiarity with additional security systems is a plus.
6. Proficiency in using fire testing equipment is necessary.
7. Candidates must possess an Android device capable of utilizing the CASH application.
