Job Summary
The Disability Business Partner Team Lead will lead the Disability Business Partner team in engaging with and developing productive working relationships with the Business Disability Forum membership.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new members through a highly developed, closely monitored, and constantly refined membership recruitment strategy.
- Have direct responsibility for assigned members and ensure they utilize the available services most appropriate to their needs.
- Identify opportunities to introduce paid services to members where beneficial.
Requirements
- Proven track record of staff and/or team management.
- Successful experience in providing paid solutions meeting agreed financial targets.
- Ability to provide support and advice to experienced professionals.
- Able to maintain accurate data collection records and recognize the importance of such.
- Able to prioritize a full contact list and workload.
- A thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.
