Senior Scientist - Preclinical Development

TechBio Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Scientist to join our Preclinical Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development of our cutting-edge biotherapeutics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize assays for characterizing novel bacteria
  • Design and implement quality control assays for external cGMP manufacture and batch release
  • Contribute to the characterization of gut bacteria to support the development of live biotherapeutics
  • Provide expertise and support across the microbiology field

Requirements:

  • PhD in Microbiology or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing microbiology and molecular assays, including PCR assays
  • Experience working with anaerobic bacteria
  • Strong background in an industrial setting or postdoctoral research
  • Experience in the development of novel therapeutics is highly desirable
