Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple contracts with commercial clients in the London area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client satisfaction levels are consistently high, leading to contract growth and increased portfolio responsibilities.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met, and maintain a deep understanding of the contract, demonstrated through regular review meetings with senior management.
  • Ensure contractually agreed KPIs and SLAs are met, and attend strategic meetings with clients as required.
  • Oversee the successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and provide leadership and management to the site team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Recognized apprenticeship and electrical or mechanical qualification to a recognized level (e.g., C&G, HNC/HND).
  • Proven experience in managing mobile businesses.
  • Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills, able to prioritize and innovate under pressure.
  • Commitment to working in a quality and professional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
