Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group in West Bromwich. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, meeting quality and safety standards, and driving efficiency and productivity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate production activities to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- Monitor and control production costs, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Implement and maintain effective quality control and safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall production efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production or operations management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures, with the ability to maintain high standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and targets.
