**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Carer at Brunelcare. As a Community Carer, you will play a vital role in providing support to our customers in their own homes, helping with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and food preparation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide person-centred care to our customers, including administering medication as required and maintaining accurate records.
  • Help maintain individuals' independence and wellbeing by assisting with daily tasks and promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is maintained and recorded accurately and promptly.

**About You:**

We are looking for a naturally kind, patient, and compassionate person who is able to put a smile on our customers' faces. You will be a good communicator, able to listen and understand our customers' needs, and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

**Requirements:**

  • No previous experience or qualifications are required, as we provide comprehensive paid training, shadowing, and support.
  • A driving licence and your own vehicle are essential due to the distance between our customers' homes.

**Job Benefits:**

  • £500 welcome bonus on successful completion of your probationary period.
