Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team at OH Staffing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice and guidance to our clients, as well as leading and managing a regional clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case management and health surveillance
• Fitness for work assessments and health promotion
• Leadership and management of onsite teams and regional clinical teams
• Monitoring staff performance and recruitment
• Client account management and clinical and operational advice

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong case management and health surveillance experience. You will also need to have previous leadership and management experience and a full driving licence and access to a car.
