Job Title: Portfolio Analyst

Job Summary:

WRK digital is excited to announce an exclusive partnership with Sanctuary to build a world-class Project Management Office (PMO) function. As a Portfolio Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of PMO services, including planning, demand and resource management, programme assurance, and providing high-quality reporting to specific projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of PMO services, including planning, demand and resource management, programme assurance, and providing high-quality reporting to specific projects and programmes.
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders within Technology and the wider Sanctuary Group to deliver technology capability within Sanctuary Group.
  • Support planning and resource management, financial monitoring, and risk management.
  • Lead the collation and maintenance of risk and issue, actions, and dependency information.
  • Contribute to establishing standardized processes across the portfolio.
  • Work closely with the Programme Management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programmes.
  • Provide guidance and training to the project delivery community and other stakeholders on PMO best practice.
