**The Challenge**
In today's cost-of-living crisis, not-for-profit housing and care providers like Sanctuary have a critical role to play in society. We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Delivery Specialist to join our new Delivery PMO team in Worcester.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of PMO services, including planning, demand, and resource management, programme assurance, and high-quality reporting to specific projects and programmes.
- Work closely with various stakeholders within Technology and the wider Sanctuary Group to support planning and resource management, financial monitoring, and the collation and maintenance of Risk & Issue, Actions, and Dependency information.
- Contribute to establishing standardized processes across the portfolio and work closely with the Programme Management team.
- Provide guidance and training to the project delivery community and other stakeholders on PMO best practice.
