Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair work on a wide range of engineering services, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Work on Air Handling Units, commercial heating systems, and pipework, requiring a multi-skilled, electrically biased engineer with experience in these areas.
  • Contribute to the development of the service, ensuring that the Trust's Vision and Values are maintained at all times, focusing on engineering excellence, integrity, and support for the wider team.
  • Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Legionella, Electrical Safety Policy, Asbestos, and Permit to Work Policies and Procedures.
About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other engineers and maintenance staff to ensure that our facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
