Key Responsibilities:

* Implement reliable financial systems and processes to support long-term growth.
* Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reviews.

* Financial Reporting & Risk Management:
* Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
* Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual financial reviews, making strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.

* Team Management:
* Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-quality work.
* Lead the finance team in achieving key KPIs, such as managing aged debtors, controlling costs, and meeting long-term financial goals.

* Collaboration:
* Work closely with the senior management team, providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Finance Leader or in a similar role, ideally within the IT, Telecoms, MSP, or Security sectors.
* A deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulations in the UK.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering strong financial results.
