Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Parent Bim's Restaurants LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies to our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure reliable and cost-effective sources of ingredients, packaging, and other operational supplies.
  • Inventory Control and Optimization: Design and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Procurement Strategies: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Oversee logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of supplies to stores while optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Collaborate with suppliers to maintain high-quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Cost Savings and Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for cost savings through negotiation, process improvements, and strategic sourcing.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to food safety and distribution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives and support new product launches or promotions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a supply chain manager in the fast food industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
