Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at art'otel Hoxton. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained, including toilets, sinks, showers, and restocking of disposables.
  • Wash and sanitize all surfaces and equipment to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
  • Participate in departmental productivity and service incentive schemes to drive excellence and improve guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Passion for cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
