Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and site managers.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety, in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Commercial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including project stakeholders and end-users.
  • Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients, including project progress, financial performance, and quality and safety metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of construction professionals.
  • Commercial and Financial Skills: Strong commercial and financial skills, with the ability to manage project finances and make informed business decisions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Industry Knowledge and Certifications: A strong understanding of the construction industry, including relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Relevant certifications, such as SMSTS, SSSTS, and CSCS, are desirable.
