Job Summary:

My client are seeking an experienced and dedicated Freelance Site Manager to oversee the construction of new build high-rise apartments. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and site cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
  • CSCS, First Aid & SMSTS certification are essential.
