About the RoleThe Senior Clinical Manager will be responsible for leading a small to medium-sized care home providing general nursing, residential, and dementia care. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Care Inspectorate requirements and be able to successfully market the home. They will also have a transparent management style and prioritize staff well-being and development.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be an RGN with a background in care home management. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
