Job Opportunity: HR Advisor

**About the Role**

We are partnering with a Housing Association in Trowbridge to recruit an HR Advisor on a temporary, 2-month contract. The successful candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Adviser to support managers through the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with our policies.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Advising on employee relations cases, including short-term and long-term absence, capability, disciplinaries, and grievances
* Coaching managers on the ER process to ensure thoroughness, transparency, and fairness
* Guiding managers through investigations and hearings, providing comprehensive reports and coaching on best practices
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
