Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a General Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing support to students and helping to create a positive learning environment.
  • Support the development of students' skills and knowledge, working closely with teachers to identify areas of need and develop strategies to address them.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons, helping to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students.
  • Work with students individually or in small groups, providing additional support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
