**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Water Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality management systems, good manufacturing practices, food safety, fabrication, and HACCP controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit compliance against quality management systems, good manufacturing practices, food safety, fabrication, and HACCP controls.
- Conduct sampling for microbiological and chemical analysis, including finished product testing for microbiology, nutritional testing, water sampling, and swabbing against schedules.
- Collaborate with operations to facilitate complaint investigation.
- Conduct validation and verification checks against critical control points and food safety controls conducted by operations.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines relating to chemicals and equipment, maintaining site hygiene, health and safety, and document control in line with customer specifications.
