Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Global Mobility Specialist to join our team at Damia Group LTD. This role is essential for managing the international movement of talent, focusing on assignments and transfers across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to implement a Global Mobility program that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee operational activities and liaise with global vendors to ensure seamless execution of mobility initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional service to employees relocating internationally, ensuring their needs are met throughout the process.
  • Engage with stakeholders across different markets, including talent acquisition, compensation, taxation, payroll, and external service providers.
  • Provide expert consultation on all aspects of global mobility, acting as a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Ensure compliance with GM policies and procedures, managing exceptions effectively.
  • Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reviewing policies, and implementing technological improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a global mobility role, preferably within an in-house function.
  • Strong technical knowledge of global mobility, including immigration, taxation, systems, and payroll processes.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing business needs and priorities.
