Job Description

As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mobility services to our clients across the EMEA region. You will leverage your deep understanding of global mobility best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on all aspects of international assignments, including policy development, process implementation, tax and social security compliance, immigration procedures, and local labor law.
  • Collaborate closely with Country Leads to manage mobility-related matters effectively, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
  • Support the mobility team in delivering exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Oversee payroll and shadow payroll processes for international assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of global mobility programs and initiatives, driving continuous enhancement of service delivery.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to monitor performance against key metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in international assignments, global mobility, or expatriate management.
  • Strong understanding of global mobility industry practices and regulations.
  • Minimum 4 years of payroll experience supporting international assignments.
  • Knowledge of regional tax, social security, labor law, and immigration regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
