About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to work in our stores across the Medway Towns area. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers, handling sales and customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment
