Position Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the mechanical installation for a substantial M&E warehouse project. This role involves collaboration with an Electrical Project Manager and direct reporting to a Project Director, ensuring the successful delivery of the project from the initial planning stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the pre-construction phase, including procurement and project planning.
  • Ensure the accuracy of project estimates and alignment with the Quantity Surveyor.
  • Manage technical submissions, address RFIs, and rectify design issues.
  • Provide updates on project status to the engineering team, management, and supervisors.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols, investigating and reporting any incidents.
  • Deliver regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to the project team.
