About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Dee Set. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Operations team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the operations budget and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

  • Proven track record of success in operations management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
