Job Title: Software Development Team Leader

At Person Centred Software Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Leader to join our Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team of Software Developers responsible for developing our mCare product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of software developers to deliver complex projects
  • Develop both client and server-side C# components, as well as contributing to maintenance of the underlying infrastructure
  • Produce high-quality design documentation for all software produced
  • Write unit tests for all new/changed code, ensuring adequate code and business logic test coverage
  • Develop across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Contribute to improvements in the development process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, leading software development teams to deliver complex projects
  • A good understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and best practices
  • Strong technical skills, including.NET C# and SQL database, stored procedures, front-end and back-end development, TDD, BDD, and unit experience using Specflow, C#, and MS Test/XUnit, and web application development
  • Experience of agile development and working across distributed teams
