Job Title: Team Leader Software Development

At Person Centred Software Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team of Software Developers responsible for developing our mCare product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define requirements and deliver working software in collaboration with the Product team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Guide the team through the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Manage a small team of software developers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality software.
  • Develop both client and server-side C# components, as well as contribute to the maintenance of the underlying infrastructure.
  • Produce high-quality design documentation for all software produced.
  • Write Unit Tests for all new/changed code, ensuring adequate code and business logic test coverage.
  • Develop across the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, leading software development teams to deliver complex projects.
  • A good understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and best practice.
  • Experience with.NET C#, SQL database, stored procedures, Front-end and back-end development, TDD, BDD, and Unit testing using Specflow, C#, and MS Test/XUnit.
  • Experience of agile development and working across distributed teams.
