We are seeking a compassionate and hard-working Support Worker to join our team at Boscawen Farm, a busy service located in Cornwall. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental or physical support needs to live their lives to the full.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the people we support in a range of activities, including woodwork, horticulture, arts and crafts, media, and livestock care.
- Assist with the daily running of a working farm, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
- Encourage the people we support to try new things, promoting independence and personal growth.
- Help create a fun and lively environment, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Track outcomes to ensure that the people we support make progress, achieving their goals and aspirations.
