We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Architect to join our team in London as we embark on an exciting digital transformation journey. This role is crucial to building and managing vital services that contribute to Clarksons' continued success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow architecture or development, be self-motivated, and demonstrate exceptional ITSM technology skills.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in road mapping solutions to address business challenges. Your responsibilities will encompass managing service improvements, ensuring reliable configuration and customization of the ServiceNow system, and collaborating with the Product Owner to create technical roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the continual service improvement backlog
  • Ensure reliable configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop technical roadmaps in partnership with the Product Owner
  • Automate tasks within ServiceNow using scripting tools
  • Integrate with existing tooling to enhance asset management
  • Oversee the content of the Clarksons CMDB
  • Provide technical and service report writing
  • Execute integrations and process automation leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ServiceNow
  • Adhere to established KPIs and CSFs
  • Educate colleagues on ITSM technology best practices
Key Skills & Experience
  • Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Customer-focused with a dedication to service excellence
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in creating automation capabilities
  • Experience with ITSM modules and automating user processes
  • ServiceNow certified with implementation specialist experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks
  • Familiarity with web technologies and scripting
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and solution designs
