**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team at WR Logistics. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the export of goods from the UK to international destinations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan the most efficient routes for shipments, taking into account the nature of the goods, cost, transit time, and security
* Process all export requests from clients or line managers
* Ensure ongoing communication with clients throughout each export requirement
* Monitor shipments from door-to-door until successful delivery is made within the required timeline
* Produce quotes when required, ensuring the best solution/options are provided to clients
* Provide support to colleagues in the team to ensure timely close out of all jobs
* Process customs declarations through ASM Sequoia software in accordance with instructions and HMRC compliance
* Maintain a thorough understanding of HM Revenue & Customs regulations

**Requirements**

* Minimum 3 years UK experience of international imports and freight forwarding
* Excellent customer service skills
* Fully conversant with all HMRC regimes and entry types
* Comprehensive understanding of ASM Sequoia
