Supply Chain Coordinator – Pharma

At Ventula Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to support our global pharmaceutical client in their external supply chain operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in clinical supply chains to join a reputable brand.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for establishing relationships with external suppliers in the sourcing of services and goods, particularly in relation to Clinical Trials and drug development. They will be collaborating closely with internal teams such as Procurement and Quality Assurance and will be the face of the organisation when speaking to vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Ensure compliance with quality principles and cGMP requirements
  • Provide excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Project Coordination/PMO support roles
  • Experience working in a Clinical Supply Chain
  • Background in working with external providers
  • Understanding quality principles and cGMP requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Rate: £250 per day Outside IR35

Duration: 12 months

Location: Hybrid
