Role OverviewAs an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily functions of our operations, ensuring that we maintain our reputation for exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Efficiently manage stock levels by placing orders and monitoring inventory to prevent shortages.
- Site Management: Take charge of site operations, ensuring smooth processes and high service standards.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through effective communication and networking.
- Sales Activities: Conduct sales initiatives both on-site and during client meetings, showcasing our extensive range of electrical products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to devise strategies for growth and expansion within the electrical distribution market.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and enhance our competitive edge.
- Standards Compliance: Uphold company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
We offer an uncapped annual bonus, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and provide a car, phone, and laptop to support your role.
