Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve technical issues and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems
  • Collaborate with senior technical engineers to resolve technical issues
  • Support with remote access and troubleshooting
  • Log all customer support calls and ensure all information is tracked
  • Visit clients on-site to assist with implementation and installation of new systems and software
  • Support other team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Technical mindset and understanding of networking and SQL
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) is desirable
  • Fantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
