We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician PDI Specialist to join our team at First Military Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical advice and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical advice and carry out vehicle inspections to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in accordance with approved technical procedures.
- Work within relevant protocols, including legislation, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Assist senior and master technicians and participate in ongoing learning and development.
- Maintain comprehensive records and ensure colleagues do the same.
- Create and maintain a supportive culture for colleagues.
- Commit to ongoing learning and development.
- Deliver services in a resource-effective manner.
- ATA accredited and fully qualified with City & Guilds or NVQ qualification.
- Ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to support, coach, and counsel colleagues and junior team members.
- Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'.
