About the Role

We are seeking empathetic and warm individuals to join our team as Reablement and Care Support Workers. As a key member of our team, you will provide care and support to Powys residents, enabling them to live well in their chosen place.

As a Reablement and Care Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centred care and support, promoting independence and well-being. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of our service users, developing and implementing care plans, and providing support with daily living activities.

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and have a 'can do' attitude. You will be a good listener, resourceful, punctual, reliable, and a good team worker. No prior qualifications are necessary, and we offer a generous mileage allowance.
